Where to start
Three simple layouts for a first reading. Each takes just a few minutes.
- Beginner1 card~4 min
Card of the day
One card for one day: a gentle focus, not a forecast. How to frame a morning question, what to notice in the image, and how to turn the card into a single concrete step.
- Beginner3 cards~8 min
Past · present · future
The classic three-card line of past, present and future. Learn to read it as the movement of a situation rather than a verdict, and what to do when the cards seem to contradict each other.
- Beginner3 cards~8 min
Yes or no
A yes-or-no spread built on for, against and answer. How to weigh the cards honestly, which questions suit tarot's sense of tendency, and when facts and a direct conversation are needed.
How a reading works
Ask your question
Choose a deck and phrase your question. It is optional, but it makes the reading more precise.
Shuffle and draw
The deck shuffles itself. Cards land on the layout by position, with no peeking.
Reveal and read
Turn the cards one by one and work through their meanings. Then discuss the reading with the assistant.

How to choose a spread
A tarot spread is a layout where every card has its own place and meaning. More cards give a more detailed answer, but take longer to read.
For a short question or a mood for the day, one card or a yes-or-no spread is enough. For a tangled situation, take a layout of three to five cards: it shows causes, obstacles and a possible outcome.
Beginners are better off starting with simple layouts and rereading the interpretation a few days later. Large layouts, such as the Celtic Cross, suit a question that is already clear and when you have time to think.
